Cultural centre in Lillesand
Lillesand is a city with a new development plan in search of attractive ideas.
It will be the new guiding light of the city. The building aspires to be a landmark on the landscape, a new print to mark the end of the bay. There are two ramps, one which emerges from the promenade and the other in the sea, rising in a spiral to the end of the projection, from where there will be panoramic views of Blindleia.
