Casa H
Detached single-family home and swimming pool project
Located in a rural setting in Felanitx, this newly built single-family house is conceived as a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional Mallorcan architecture.
The H-shaped layout articulates the different volumes around a central courtyard that functions as the main entrance, generating a fluid relationship between interior and exterior. The use of local materials such as natural stone and ceramic tile reinforces the link with the landscape, while the large windows allow for generous lighting and cross ventilation. The organization of the space prioritizes spaciousness and clarity, with double heights and visuals that connect the pool with the main rooms of the house.
The vegetation and the treatment of the terrain accompany the architecture, integrating the house sensitively into its surroundings.
