Project for three single-family homes between party walls and swimming pools

Three single-family houses located in Campanet, in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana. The project maintains the traditional character of the environment through the use of local stone, wooden carpentry and a facade that dialogues with the architecture of the place.

On the ground floor, a courtyard provides light to the interior spaces and organizes the distribution of the dwellings. On the first floor, the relationship with the exterior is reinforced through a direct connection to the terrace.

In the interior, the spaces are conceived with an open layout that favors spaciousness and the entry of natural light. The connection with the terrace and the swimming pool reinforces the continuity between indoors and outdoors, enhancing a serene way of living and linked to the environment.

The use of natural materials such as wood and marés stone brings warmth to the spaces, while the presence of large windows and attention to detail bring lightness and coherence to the whole, combining the traditional with a contemporary look.
