Detached single-family home and swimming pool project

This house in Costitx is born with a clear idea: to integrate into the landscape without imposing itself. To achieve this, it has worked with materials such as natural stone, wood and lime mortar, which picks up the earth tones of the plot and establishes a direct and respectful relationship with the place.

The house is organized on a single floor around a central courtyard, which acts as the heart of the project and unites the different volumes of the house.

The interior spaces open onto the garden through large windows that allow a fluid relationship between the interior and exterior. Natural light enters easily, highlighting the warmth of the materials.

In addition to the new house, a smaller pre-existing house has been renovated, with which the new volume maintains a respectful and coherent dialogue, bringing unity to the whole.
